I used Best Buy Floors and Bellevue Design Center to build a new kitchen island. I had been to Lowes, Home Depot and numerous other cabinet shops before going to Best Buy Floors.  Walking in, we were met by Aldo, Mia and Milo.  These three were with us throughout the entire project.  Aldo and Mia are a great team, working with us to get us our dream kitchen island. They were able to incorporate all the things we wanted and still come in more than 30% less than Lowes or Home Depot.  We were able to even get the kitchen counters replaced for less than those were charging. Even when we had bad experiences with one of their preferred vendors (MSI), they worked with us to find other vendors to go through. When the reno threw us curveballs (water line in a pony wall, missing flooring), they were able to source professionals to help us keep moving forward at very reasonable prices. Excellent carpet replacement work done by Best Buy Floors! The cheap carpet pad in my upstairs was deteriorating causing my carpet to ripple and look unsightly. I had already stretched it once about 2 years ago but then my two dogs also started marking certain spots so I finally decided to switch it all out. I opted for a waterproof Healthier Choice foam carpet pad and Shaw Pet+ carpet and asked for an additional cork 3mm underlayment beneath the pads to hopefully help with sound. Working with Best Buy Floors was a wonderful experience.  Alex took his time and explained all of the carpeting types and their pros and cons.  We took home samples and he ordered samples that were mailed to our home at no charge to us.  We were not rushed to make a decision.  Once we purchased the carpet Alex was in constant contact with us with updates to status.  The customer service was outstanding!!  Junior came and measured for our carpet and he was very nice, helpful and spent a lot of time with us discussing flooring and even touched base with Alex regarding lead time and stock.  Diego and his partner did the install and did a beautiful job.  Very professional, friendly, and did a great clean-up and great job. Best Buy Floors are among the most professional, knowledgable flooring team and an honorable family business -- we could give them 10 Stars if possible and reccommend them highly.  They have equally skilled installers who are on time, problem solvers, and respectful.  We had bathroom and laundry room floors that needed leveling, and a small doorway where we could not move the washer/dryer out. We had a great experience with Best buy flooring. We took samples from them before deciding on the flooring. Alex helped us with a lot of information. They delivered to our home. We ran short of planks during the installation work. Alex was kind enough to drop the additional ones at our home as well. The price was reasonable. Best Buy did a fabulous job renovating my kitchen counters, adding beautiful new LVP flooring throughout and adding Italian stone surround and hearth to my fireplace.  They were timely, communicated well, and accommodated my schedule with last minute changes a couple times. Hands down a better selection and more knowledgable staff than any other flooring store in the greater Seattle area - and we went to a lot! Alex was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process, we did have some hiccups of delivery timeline due to issues with the manufacturer’s shipping but they went above and beyond to make it right. This is a family run business. Purchasing a wool carpet is only as good as the installation. Lead carpet installer Diego arrived at scheduled time, presenting me with his overview delineating the day’s work plan for living room and hallway. Diego and his assistant, Leo successfully completed their work on time, with absolute professional workmanship. They patiently and courteously answered all my questions. I had a very good experience working with Best Buy floors. It turned out absolutely great. I had a few people coming in for quotes and Best Buy was the only one who were on time and got back to me as they promised. They provided me cost effective material options and comparison. They also recommended the material that would not require additional baseboard for cosmetic purpose. I’m impressed with professional and detailed oriented suggestions. They also finished work within a week. At the end I found a drywall hole and asked Alex if he knew any good handyman. Alex even offered free fix. Their staff is super nice and professional. I had a great experience working with Best Buy Floors to replace my carpet. Miguel and everyone at the showroom were very helpful and friendly; they walked my through the showroom and explained the different carpet types to help me select then sent out for a measurement of my space. The showroom is large and organized. They offer a great selection of carpets, hardwoods, and tile for all project types. Great music playing in the background as well! Installers were very professional and efficient! The new carpet looks great and I am very pleased with this experience. Best Buy Floors did my carpet installation a year ago and everything went incredibly smoothly. They kept me up to date on my carpet arrival as it was a special order wool and the installer was timely and friendly.
